Welcome everybody to the webinar today. Appreciate you joining us here. My name is Richard Wilson.
I founded the Family Office Club 19 years ago. We have some visitors in my office today.
We have a separate office structure here. So I'm in my wife's office today, a little bit different.
background setup that should work fine. We're going to be covering today AI tools, AI trends.
If you've been to many of our webinars, we're also not going to bore you to death. We're going to
try to mention very little of what we've mentioned before. We're going to start out with fresh
content. New things have been learning and sharing along the way.
There's some things here that we've not mentioned anywhere yet and some pretty new exciting things
that we've figured out with AI. So we'll give you a little bit of context up front just on our
company and where we came from, what we do, but also I just wanted to reward those who have taken
the time to be here with us today and send you a resource right off the bat as a thank you.
And so for being here, I'm going to attach a guide that has some of my best ideas on how you can
build your net worth. by over $10 million. And so this could be for people who already are worth
$100 million or $10 million or $1 million or somebody who's not even worth $1 million. This is how
I've built my wealth. These are strategies that work. None of this is a guess or philosophy.
This is literally what has made me successful. So let me send that over right now.
We usually reserve that only for our verified members to pay $10,000 or more. We're not sharing it
after the webinar. It's just for those on here live. So I hope you can join us live on the next one
if you're streaming this. But our Deca Millionaire Trail Guide is in the chat. Let me know if you
have any trouble grabbing that. I'm going to do a little screen share here so I can jump right into
the content. And we like to keep things fast moving here at Family Office Club.
So we are... One of the largest investor club communities in the world. By some definition,
we're by far the largest because we have 17 million registered members in our LinkedIn groups. But
we have all different types of LinkedIn groups. We have about 19 million total social media
followers. We get a lot of deal flow through there. But more importantly, we've hosted 340 live
events. This is our 341st live event over 19 years. And over a billion dollars of transactions have
gotten done between our members. And that's just the ones we can easily track and know about.
There's no requirement to report anything to us, right? These are private investors,
decamillionaires, centimillionaires, billionaires, publicly traded companies. We have banks and
owners of banks who attend. We have people who have raised billions of dollars. We have investment
bankers, accountants, founders, family businesses, etc. Our structure is just to do 12 in-person
family office masterminds a year. We're starting to do some virtual full three to four hour
masterminds as well. And then four big investor summits. We call them super summits a year.
Our next one's coming up in December, the 15th to 17th in Fort Lauderdale. Would love for you to
join us there. 110 speakers on stage over three days. The amount of information and the amount of
connections will blow you away. If you just come to that one event, you'll get your annual
membership value for sure. If you only use our AI tools, we're going to talk about today, you don't
come to any events, you're going to get your membership value for sure. And when you look at
learning from the ultra wealthy, so you can be more like them, even if they're your peers, you
learn about how to leverage super intelligence and you figure out how to conduct better due
diligence, structure deals better. that partners more carefully and move with more conviction by
studying the mental models of family offices and make some family office friends along the way.
That's how you win here at Family Office Club. So with that, I'm going to move on to the next
couple of slides here and try to get to the meat of value as quickly as possible. It's probably
important before I start talking that I introduce myself properly. So Richard C. Wilson, we've done
43 deals off of my own balance sheet. We've also helped structure over 200 deals with our clients.
We have closed 19 deals with a publicly traded company that we represent and source deals for. We
also helped create family offices. One of my clients bought all of the 600 assets being operated by
a publicly traded company, sold it to private equity. We helped him create his family office. We're
helping him run his family office now, for example. So we represent several centimillionaire single
family offices as well. And we just try to keep an eye out for our most valuable friends in the
industry and try to bring them the most interesting things possible through people we've gotten to
know in person at our club. So we have over 10,000 registered investors in our club. We have a
doctor's investor club. We have the deep due diligence club. We don't have time to go deep into
those today. But my cell phone number is right here. If you need to shoot me a text message, my
email is richard at family offices dot com. If you need to shoot me an email. And you can just go
to familyoffices.com to see our event schedule and how to get more involved if you want to.
All right, it is a webinar. It's not saying you should go out and do these things and that it'll
have zero risk in your industry. So check with your attorney before you do anything wild and crazy.
And any AI output from anything should not be blindly trusted. You should use it for brainstorming,
knowledge, information, and then go to an actual human with 20 years experience who can say, yeah,
that does it. bring up an interesting conversation. Why don't we look at that? That's the best way
to leverage AI. Just some stats here on our social media stuff. I already covered it. All right,
let's get right to the content. So if you're not using Cloud Design, you are missing out.
It doesn't matter if you have a marketing team, they could use Cloud Design to get more done. If
you don't have a marketing team, even more reason to use Cloud Design. We had someone reach out and
they used our pitch score tool and their pitch deck got scored. I think it was a 50 to 60. And now
it's being scored an 85. And so he was excited about those improvements. But I opened it this
morning and it was not institutional quality as it should be. There was a text sentence with a
little hyperlink to the video. There should be a preview of the video with a play symbol and it
should be embedded probably on page two of his PowerPoint pitch deck. The pitch deck had lots of
just plain text on a white background. Okay, not the end of the world if your idea is life
-changing and... They trust you and like your idea and sell you at value. Your pitch deck doesn't
have to be pretty. But if you have 20 years of experience and you show up to meet with a family
office in torn sweatpants and a t-shirt, your ideas better be pretty dang good right off the bat
or you're just going to get judged a little bit for wearing stained sweatpants to a family office
business meeting, right? And so you don't want your pitch deck to be not taken seriously because
you don't put polish on it, which you can do almost instantly with Claude Design now. So you can
prompt things, you can look at a one-pager, a website, a pitch deck, and say, make something that
looks just as good as that, in my colors, with my brand, etc. Obviously,
don't copy-paste, rip off somebody's design, but say, hey, here are three that I love.
Take inspiration from that. Use a Sora medium font. Use this color that matches my logo,
and then get the color codes for it, etc. and use Claude Design. Many of you are already using
this, so I'll move on, but make sure you are. This is an example of the homepage of a website that
was designed by Claude Design. We've done websites, we've done logos, we've done one-pagers, we've
done pitch decks, we've helped evolve PowerPoint presentations, so I'd encourage you to play around
with it. We also have a PowerPoint generator chat within Claude,
and that helps me put together presentations such as this and looks at all of my existing
PowerPoint presentations and then takes the best slides and ideas that I want to be talking about
and helps me organize them. And one trick that was kind of like an inside trick to using Claude
Design, especially if you're new to it, is say, make sure it's highly visual, institutional
quality, and looks like the quality of a billion-dollar company or publicly traded company. and
come up with three designs and create all three designs. And then I'll tell you which one I like
best. If I don't like any of them, I'll tell you that as well. And if you like design number two,
then you can say, okay, I like to create three more versions of two, slightly different styles,
slightly different visuals, but I like the direction you're going in. And you can just talk to it
like it's your designer and it'll evolve things from there. As we go here, feel free to put in chat
your questions in the Q&A box or the chat box. And then I'll try to take a look every five or 10
minutes here. If you don't know what a skill is, you need to get good at building your own skills
for AI. This is not complex. Anything with AI, you can literally say, I'm confused, break it down
like I'm a nine-year-old and explain what a skill is. How do I create a skill? It's very simple.
And anytime you're good at doing a task or a process, you can either record your screen, write down
the bullet point process, write down your criteria, and then feed it into ai and have it create
specialty skills so it can call upon that skill and that little mental model of best practices
anytime in business that will help you enormously and get way more value out of claude or gpt or
grok or whatever ai system that you're using you need to figure out how to develop your own skills
it's really not hard A lot of you are already doing that, so again, we'll move on pretty quickly
from this, but you can call upon it many, many, many times, and there's no reason for your AI to
not learn what you have learned the hard way, and maybe other people in your industry haven't
figured it out, or it's just the preferred way for you to operate.
One other thing that I'll provide here as a bonus for people attending is my SEO and AEO skill.
as an example of a skill that i have developed we have figured out how to get a website to rank on
google through studying seo you know best practices etc but also ways that you can be ranking
within ai searches like llms like chat gpt gemini grok search results etc and so i'm going to open
up my folder here to share that And I'll also share the skill right now that I'm going to share on
the next slide. These are examples of two skills. You can use these within Gemini,
Claude, all the different systems. Every now and then you'll get an error that the YAML front
matter needs to be reconfigured for that skill to work. You just ask AI to do it and then it will
work. Very simple. But I'll send over these two skills now. And essentially,
what it does is structure your data so they can be easily read by LLMs. The more in-depth the
data, the more you need to have it structured, and it needs to allow for robots to crawl the data,
et cetera, you're not going to come up with recommended answers. So many of you, again, might have
already done stuff like this, but just an example of what a skill is for those that don't know.
And what I've emphasized in this particular skill might be good for you to know is that I don't
want it rewriting all my content to be like so SEO optimized that now it sounds like non-human.
Like I don't want that. I just want the plumbing to be optimized. You know, I want JSON feeds to be
in there. I want like a schema, the site maps and the crawl process to be really simplified and
structured so a website can easily tear through and find out. what we are,
who we are, that we're credible, that we're real, etc. That's really important.
The other thing I wanted to cover here, which I'll cover, I guess I'll cover the AI whitewash skill
I'll just cover now, even though I think I have a slide on it in a little bit, is I don't want to
have content created that sounds like typical AI.
Like, oh, congratulations on that recent XYZ. It's so great what you've accomplished in the field.
uh you know m dash and then something else right it's like it's overly eloquent it's annoying to
read it stands out as obvious ai and i've built a voice.md file which i've talked about before in
our past webinars and our workshops so we won't go into that today but essentially the voice md
file can study emails you've sent how you talk what you do and don't like rules so that it writes
mostly in your words Even if you apply that skill, sometimes AI will write stuff and you'll be
like, that's definitely not my voice. And so you need to call that skill and say, use my voice
skill, ensure you do, and help me write this email or create a separate project for email writing
and have the number one rule be use your voice skill. Despite all of that,
it still won't be perfect. So we also created a AI whitewashing skill and that allows you to apply
it to content you're creating and it identifies 160 common structures words and things like em
dashes that the average human now can just say that sounds like it got written by ai that doesn't
sound natural at all and it removes those from the content and so this was something we needed we
were working on a project with over a thousand pages of content and we just felt like some of it
read way too much like ai so even though we had applied our voice skill it sounded too much like ai
so now we apply When we work on a website, the SEO AEO universal skill I just shared,
we apply my voice skill, but also the AI whitewash skill. So I hope that makes sense.
You can use that in Cloud Design. You can use that with a number of, you could even apply it to a
website that's not being designed by Cloud Design and say, analyze this website, help me create
content for this page before you send it to whoever's posting the content, use the AI whitewash
skill, et cetera. So that's just something to keep in mind. Let me see if there's questions before
I keep on plowing through ideas, just to make sure that everything is cleared, everyone on the
webinar.
I see one person's having trouble seeing it, but other people are saying thank you for the skills.
So I think you guys are able to see the link, but let me know. Are you guys able to see the links?
Okay, I'm downloading it.
Another person said thank you, got a bunch of thumbs up. So it seems like most people are. go to
the chat box, not the Q&A box, and you're able to download the skills there.
All right, if there's more questions, feel free to submit them. Always seeing Q&A.
Same thing, just one person can't see them. Okay. All right, so one thing that is new,
we literally started doing this yesterday because I showed a piece of content in the civil
engineering space to my friend who is an equity partner in a large civil engineering company.
And he was like, hey, this is great. And it's better than I thought it would be.
But, you know, it's still a little bit basic if you're really trying to talk to a veteran in the
industry. And I was like, okay, ouch, true. I can see why that would be true. Because we wrote it.
We did the AI whitewash to my voice. We had to train on data in the industry. But we had to train
on data in the industry. That was my mistake. There's data. There's information. And then there's
the highest quality information. That's like why our AI agents do really well. because they're
trained on not wikipedia pages and a podcast by a 15 year old in ukraine they're trained on only
what family offices and investors say on stage what we know works in closing a billion dollars of
transactions in our family office club what family offices want what our clients want what i know
works what you have to do to conduct due diligence and we've codified all the tools based off
expert level guidance not everything in the industry and so what we're doing which was which we got
going on yesterday and we're on version four of it now is we're creating like a super nerd veteran
advisor in any niche where we're creating content sourcing deals conducting due diligence uh going
deep or you want a parallel brain and no human being has time to read everything ever written on a
broad niche right but in an hour or maybe a couple hours at most,
you can train an AI agent, whether it's a GrokBot or a Claude Chat, etc.,
to consume everything available on planet Earth related to a topic.
Now, if you do that, you have to make sure that you don't now use somebody else's words and try to
sell it commercially and steal someone's idea. Some content, like a course,
is banned for you can't pay for the course and train your ai tool based on that so in some cases
they like explicitly ban that if they don't explicitly ban it then maybe ask your attorney what the
risk is i'm sure there's some risk um and for some books you might have to purchase the ebook or
based on your use you may or may not be able to use certain information but the whole point is if
you wanted to And if your attorney gave you the green light and if your output usage was new
emergent content or not ripping someone off and try to steal their ideas or something silly like
that, then in an hour or two, you can have it read everything on planet Earth within that niche,
organize it, structure it. And in our case, we've identified 1,200 insights,
mental models and best practices from over a thousand different sources.
the version four of it now is being only trained on 20-year veteran C-level executive owners in
the industry or in-depth expert level accounting how do you bid on projects and civil engineering
etc and the point of explaining it like that is that it doesn't matter what industry you're in you
could do this for multi-family real estate you could do this for dental practices you could do
this for a number of different areas but all of us probably need to have our own super nerd veteran
advisor or two or three or 20 and if you know how to do that and build that brain you now can get
more done you can now trust the output a little bit more you still never blindly trust the output
of any ai tool say okay well let's just automatically do whatever it said right like maybe at some
point you'll be able to but um i wouldn't count on that but that is what we're doing to fix the
problem of the AI content's not great, or it's not amazing, or it's not world-class.
We want it to be world-class. So how do we get the knowledge that a 20-year veteran has and get a
decent percentage of that into a bot on BrockBot, into a Claude thread,
and then have it structured so that it can be used and leveraged in a way that can be navigated?
With any AI tool, if you dump 10,000 words or 100,000 words, into a document anything beyond 20
30 pages and it's not structured with headings and subheadings so that you can guide the llm you
can guide the ai tool to jump down to what's relevant and then read everything in that section and
process it the way you want it to then it's going to lose context and it'll sometimes do great
sometimes not sometimes horrible and it'll be frustrating and no matter how much you work with ai
it'll sometimes be frustrating but it'll be less frustrating if you structure things well and you
know that So any questions about this whole topic? Maybe this is like common sense and something
some of you have already done. I'm sure there's some people here that are not doing it at all. And
yeah, Mark, I saw that custom GPT is being retired. They are allowing us to convert custom GPTs to
plugins. So we're going to take that fun journey and see what goes on with that.
But I was thinking through some of that this morning, how to do that, when to do that, et cetera.
And we're probably going to tackle that in November. But for sure, I saw that super interesting.
Richard's saying he has a digital twin, trained on experience with clients and education.
Yeah, for sure. Definitely encourage you to create a digital twin of sorts that you share in a way
that could be. helpful to your clients or those you work with. In my case, what we did was create a
Coffee with Richard custom GPT. I guess now I'll be converting into a plugin,
I guess they're calling it, a ChatGPT. And I'll bring up the link here and just provide the Coffee
link within the chat. Let me grab that real quick.
But the point of sharing that is you are able to then draw upon what would be a 3,000-page book.
But nobody wants to read my 3,000-page book or your 3,000-page book. No one has time for that,
right? So what you have to do is allow people to navigate all of your knowledge in a way that gets
to the 0.1% that they actually care about right now. And I just looked at the stats here,
and so far, I've had 1,144 virtual cups of coffee with people.
So if you want to have a virtual cup of coffee with me later today, save that link. You can pin it
on the side of your chat GPT. Probably stop working on December 11th or whenever that cutoff date
is. But anyway, it's for now. You can chat and ask me whatever you'd like there. And it's over 3
,000 pages of content from our capital raising boot camps, from our events, etc. And the reason we
give that away is that our whole theory in doing business is that if you can gain a ton of value
from us, then you're going to want to go deeper. and if out of all of the communities you're part
of you see that you're building your ai muscle you're making family office friends you're learning
how to structure deals you're learning how to conduct due diligence sharper you're learning how to
think and act like a deca millionaire or centimillionaire and you see that value at every level
then you're going to want to go from just being on this webinar to becoming a member with us and
coming to our deal structure masterminds coming up the week of October 26th, we're hosting those in
New York on the 26th, Fort Lauderdale the 27th, Dallas the 28th, and Los Angeles on the 30th.
And we're going to go over advanced deal structures, how to do due diligence and counter due
diligence on other parties, some best practices on scaling, and we have some world-class speakers
that are going to be on stage at that event. So I will put the link to that in the chat here.
But anyways, that's our next event coming up if you want to meet in person and just check out what
we're all about. So some examples of a super nerd veteran advisor would be Dewey,
instant due diligence advisor, Clara on capital raising, our deal structured ninja tool.
You want to create versions of those for yourself, for your own life, for your own business.
There's no reason not to because the cost to do so is literally almost zero. Anything that is
compiling knowledge, compiling intelligence, using slivers of intelligence. The cost is you being
intentful on what you need and being very clear in your vision of where you're trying to go. If you
don't know where you're trying to go, then the unlimited intelligence is not going to help you a
lot. Like with super intelligence, the lazy will get lazier because now they don't have to think at
all. The industrious, creative, and hardworking, and ambitious will get light years stronger and
faster because they'll put in the work to be very high intent, high focus, and know where they're
going and how they need to get there and what they need to get there. And it will enable both
things. Extreme laziness. and extreme productivity and developing your own super nerds is one of
100 mental models you need if you want to put a saddle on the super intelligence force and know how
to write it it's important what is grokbot so grokbot has been exploding the last four weeks my use
of it has exploded i run a team of 60 agents on grokbot like bots i guess you'd call them some
hyper-specific functions, some quality assurance type functions,
etc. But here you can see on the visual are some of the differences of what GrokBod does.
It shares memory between bots fluidly all the time. Claude typically locks in and only knows who
are you. and can access your skills but it's not actively sharing memory not actively coordinating
between your cloud chats very much unless you ask it to it can it runs on its own computer so it
can do things while you're sleeping while you're offline it can connect to connectors or log into a
gmail or log into a website whether you're online or not and one nerd tip here is that if you like
me run out of grokbot tokens which I'm doing quickly all the time,
then you can have GrokBot log into your ChatGPT, your Gemini,
your Grok, because your Grok usage is different than your GrokBot usage, or your GROQ Grok usage,
which is effectively a free model for many types of uses. And you can have it be so that GrokBot
uses its token usage for coordination. and handling of tasks and overseeing the bots but for any
heavy research task if you're not using all of your tokens within chat gpt or within claude or
within google ultra gemini then you can have it log in there tap into that and toss over research
tasks there as you can burn your gpt tokens you weren't going to be using anyways and maybe use a
sonnet model or some sort of light model to do basic research and only use the opus model for more
complex thinking tasks, for example. And then now your GrokBot can get way more done and not burn
through the token usage during the week. I predict that XAI and GrokBot are going to release some
sort of plan that's above where they are currently because I think that so many people like me are
just running out of the tokens. And on Claude Max, unless you're a hardcore software programmer,
most people don't run out of tokens as much as they are in GrokBot. So anyways, I would use,
grokbot i would play around with it and see how it's different it also is like almost instant in
the replies and you can take skills that you download from our membership portal we have 10 skills
in there and we're developing another 15 for you and so as those get all released we should have 25
skills there soon you can apply those skills within grokbot or you can apply them within claude or
gpt so we're making sure that as we update the number of skills that they're all structured to be
universal right now they pretty much are worst case your ai tool has to rejigger one one or two
little things and you'll be good to go but um does that make sense in terms of grokbot any
questions about that a lot of the stuff you need to play around with it and then it will make a lot
of sense um and that's how we've figured out everything it's not by you know we host workshops on
ai we host webinars like this on ai but a lot of it is essentially experimentation,
playing around, seeing what works, seeing what doesn't work, etc. David here is saying that he's
ran out of Super Grok capacity inside of a single month three times. Yeah, GrokBot refreshes every
week instead of every month, and the amount of tokens you can use in GrokBot is separate from your
Super Grok, so that's important to know. And this week, my first day when they refreshed,
I got to 40% token usage. even though I was using GPT for some research. And I was like, wow, this
is not going to end well at the end of the week. My over is going to be crazy. So I need to get
more efficient. So I created an efficiency bot and we found multiple things to make it more
efficient. One thing I learned this morning is that if you have a long conversation with like your
chief of staff bot, like your primary bot that oversees the rest, and you have a long conversation
with it going, then every time you fire up a message, it's going to look at the whole thread.
And if you send it three quick messages, it looks up the whole thread three times. So it's better
to have one message versus three and spin up separate bots for what you're doing.
A separate bot for email management, a separate bot for efficiency management, a separate bot for
due diligence, a separate bot for human auditing,
like a human eyes auditor of content, et cetera. That's important to know.
Yeah, in terms of what models to use, um there is a i forget the name of the exact model in gpt
they called it something light um but sonnet is used some of the times sonnet 5.5 i think it is we
only use opus for the highly complex tasks um so in gp in in gpt yeah the model is called something
light i just forget what it's called honestly uh for gemini it ran out like very quickly um and it
used the wrong model and just burned through all my gemini tokens like in one research task and i
was like whoa dang and they're like oh yeah sorry that's on me i was like well it's not really on
you because now my tokens are gone and there's no way to get that back but whatever uh so i have to
wait till next week to see how we can leverage gemini but usually gemini is like very good with
their inexpensive models so i expect to be able to use gpt tokens,
Gemini tokens, never touch my Claude tokens because I use Claude heavily for Claude design,
for tracking retainer clients, for tracking family office clients, for tracking hyper-intelligent
rollout systems across our team, for creating lots of stuff, we use Claude. And so I don't want to
touch those for GrokBot. I want GrokBot to be taking them from the other platforms. And so yeah,
on Claude... it's sonnet and only opus for complex on gpt it's called something light i forget
exactly what the name is i apologize for that um but it's important that you tell it if it uses
gemini to start with like a lighter weight model and not go using their most advanced model you
just burn through all of your gemini tokens like in a single task let's see what other questions
came up here um compare this dominique is saying compared to working directly in clod how do you
equate robots in your organization Do you think of it as an executive, a chief of staff, a COO?
I think about it as something that can go and do things for you, research things, get you instant
answers. Claude design is better than anything else in the world I've found for design work using
AI. I know some people are really into Canva and other specialty tools, but for me, I just love
Claude design. I love Claude for tracking and creating dashboards, HTML artifacts.
within Cloud, creating my PowerPoints in Cloud.
I love running hyper-intelligent system or super-intelligence operating system and having
intelligence centers, which we'll get to in a few minutes for each of my team members. all of that
is a world class, but GrokBot is different. GrokBot is helping me create new content.
It's helping me revise my strategy. It's helping me analyze things quickly. It's helping me create
super nerds, veteran advisors for my business, et cetera. And so when I look at the different
things that it's doing, like it's helping me track things that would be impossible to track if it
was not for AI. And it can do so actively on a schedule almost instantly.
And it can talk with each other. So the chief of staff has rules and is trained on me. The human
review bot does one thing. The super nerd veteran advisors do different things in their specific
areas. But I have one piece of, I have one Brock bot that creates an enormous amount of content for
me. When that gets created. The human eyebot looks at it and reviews it for reasonability,
accuracy, completeness, citing sources, et cetera. But then depending on what type of content it
is, and then gets looked at by the veteran advisor, right? The super nerd that we've developed on
that niche and makes the content better, dials it in, takes out junk, makes sure it's credible,
makes sure it's relevant, et cetera. We then can use the AI, the AEO SEO skill to optimize the
content. And we can then create a process where we can create a white paper or an article or work
on a website or something like that. And so the different agents work with each other very fluidly.
That's one like big thing that's different about GrockBot. I don't know if it's better than Claude.
I would say that if something is very, very important to me, I'll put it in both systems. But
GrokBot is faster, that's for sure. It's very fluid, that's for sure as well.
Michael's saying, the skills have been game-changing. Do I need to upload the skills I've
previously uploaded in Clawed to my GrokBot so the GrokBots have the same skills? Or can I connect
my GrokBots to my Clawed and have them speak to each other? I would take the skills, Michael, and
upload them to your GrokBot. You want them there natively, especially the ones that you've found to
be game-changing and ones you create for yourself. You want in Claude, and you want in GrokBot.
That's how I'd answer that.
But yeah, I'm learning a ton about GrokBots, and I had 10 of them maybe like two weeks ago,
and now we have 60 of them, and it's growing quickly. And so as anyone here learns things and want
to shoot me a little email or ask me a question, happy to be a sounding board. because I see this
as like a muscle that we need to build internally for my company and for us.
And I'm excited to learn more about it as we go. So feel free just to send stuff over as you think
about it. All right, it's 8.35. Let me check the Q&A panel here and see what other questions come
up. I've got more things I can cover, but I want to make sure and get through some of those new
ideas as quick as I could. Let's see here. How do you know that AI is not going rogue?
Well, Marshall, you never know that the AI is not going rogue. So valid question.
I try to have two-factor authentication on everything. I try to have face ID on things,
and I don't pretend any of this makes me 100% secure. I try to have SMS, which I know can be
hacked by a smart hacker or circumvented, etc. SMS confirmation. etc there's a number of things i
try to do to de-risk things but if you use gmail or outlook if you use microsoft those are three
of the 10 or 20 biggest ai companies on planet earth so if you use a computer like if you watch tv
the camera's probably taking pictures of you every microsecond to see how you react to scenes on
netflix right so like big tech is like in our business like 24-7 on some level either way I'm
trying to find ways to leverage it but it definitely comes with risks and added risk I would say so
there's no way to know for sure but making your making a GrokBot to help try to make your life
hyper secure against AI hacking you or getting and causing major damage?
Because there's almost no way you can prevent it from causing some damage. But should you have a
GrokBot that is your security bot? Probably. I don't, right? But probably should.
And so it's a great point. Something to be thinking about and concerned about on some level for
sure.
And I do hope growth hacking. Yeah, thanks, Fonzit. Are you saying that the NerdBrain tool will be
offered in your AI toolbox? or we simply need to train it in specific niches yeah great question so
what i'm saying is that you probably need to train super nerds of your own you know should we
develop a fleet of like super nerd veteran advisors honestly we came up with this idea yesterday
while walking with my weighted vest on because my civil engineering friend gave me feedback that
was helpful so i haven't thought that far ahead but we probably could you know we we know that 90
of our clients are in about 10 different niches. So could we create a really premium version of a
veteran advisor for those 10 different niches? We probably could, and we probably should make that
available at least to our verified members. One thing I was looking at is like, I can make it 90%
dialed in without paying any money, or we can pay $3,000 to $5,000 and literally have it as
dialed in as you could be. with using every type of resource possible, but it's going to cost $5
,000 to $10,000. And I'm pretty AI nerdy, but if it makes me pause, oh, should I do that?
I might develop 20 of these. Do I want to put $100,000 to $200,000 into developing these veteran
advisors? I don't know. Is 90% good enough? And it's going to give me a marginal difference?
I don't know. But if it makes a difference of us getting more people to become a verified member,
and that helps fund making these veteran advisors like Uber and super dialed in. then maybe that's
something that we should be doing um i'm not sure i'll think that over but it's definitely a great
question because we could spend the money to do it one time and then share it with everyone in our
membership um at least at some certain level and then it would just be helpful to everyone right so
i'll definitely think that over but the skills are available to everybody in family office club if
you're a paid member then you get the 10 core skills and i'll have to remind my team that we need
to upload the ai whitewashing skill and the seo aeo LLM optimization skill.
I don't think those are in the member portal. I just shared them here in the chat, but they're
relatively new in the last week. So I need to get my team to get those up in the member portal. But
if anyone needs those, just shoot an email over to me, richard at familyoffices.com or to
Jennifer, if you're already connected to her as a member. Hans is saying, Claude's a great
detective, but sometimes it researches things and misses out on certain countries or misses things.
Yeah, for sure. Like it's ridiculous what AI can do now. that you couldn't ask it to do just two
years ago or three years ago, like not even close, right? But for sure, any complex task,
you have to ask it to audit itself three times, read every single word, have a second tool audit
the first tool, have a certain GrokBot that's your auditor bot that audits the results of all of
your other bots potentially. And even after doing all that, it's not going to be perfect, but it
will be amazing compared to what we could do two years ago, no doubt. So I think the... that we
have access to is growing exponentially and in one year it's going to look more different than it
does today. compared to three years ago, if you look back. So the exponential curve is hard to
imagine. And honestly, some months, there's more progress made than the six months or a year before
within certain dimensions. And like Elon said it a certain way, he said, if you look at one type of
improvement factor on how efficient our chips are in processing AI, you can show and prove that
it's 426 times more effective. than our last version of this chip last month which is like insane
right but he was solving for this one type of efficiency and was able to dial it in right and so
that is what's most exciting about learning all of this is right now this is like the internet in
1994 right and it's going to change the world more than fire is what some people predict more than
the industrial revolution so that could be wrong and there's good and bad that comes with ai of
course but super interesting times A GrokBot could be a general secretary or chief of staff.
Yeah, it can be a lot of things. It can be dozens of things, right? And it's evolving.
So how I use Claude, how I use Claude Design, how I use GrokBot, when I use one versus the other is
a moving definition and target, I think, for everybody. But those are the two I'm using all the
time. I'm only going to GPT right now currently for the custom GPTs and the plugins.
And sometimes my team will use GPT or Gemini for image manipulation,
things of that nature. I think that's pretty strong.
Amar is saying, how can I start building my personal brand on social media, targeting real estate
funds and trusts for deal acquisitions? That's a big question.
I would just do more video rather than text. There's so much AI text being thrown out on social
media. The more video you can do, the better. with a genuine picture, build real relationships.
That's going to do more than putting out tons of AI produced content, I think.
So you could track all new, this is Hansa, you can track all new financial institutions, new
private equity firms, ETF shares, private equity using GrockBots. Yeah, for sure you could in
theory, especially if it's within a certain industry, then you can define the universe and track
them in multiple ways. And yeah, it's pretty exciting what you can do with that.
How can I raise money with AI? We have got out of our 50 AI custom GPTs and Claude Skills Kareem,
I would say 20. Some of them are capital raising related. So the answer to that is if you're not a
member of Family Office Club and you're still outside looking in, like just put your toe in the
water and go to familyoffices.com forward slash virtual and start a virtual membership.
and then you can upgrade later today after seeing where the real deal, and it's not fake, it's not
something I'm not saying it is, pay the $99, get a virtual membership. You can do it from anywhere
in the world. You can stream 2,000 investor talks. You can access our 50 AI tools. Just start out
there and put your toe in the water, and you're going to be like, oh, this water feels pretty good.
Let me get all the way in. And then you're going to say, oh, this is amazing. You get the full
value of membership just from the AI tools. And then our events in person are 16 times a year for
massive investor summits, 12 in-person masterminds. And hopefully you come to two to four events a
year or four to seven events a year. That'd be awesome. So that is how you can raise money using
AI. And there's so many ways to get an ROI off of it. Two more questions and we're going to jump
back into content. How can I get an AI like Grok or Claude to interact directly together without
repeating itself or jeopardizing an operation? One thing you can do that I've learned Marco as a
bridge is they both might be connected to the Slack channel or to email. So the most simple is to
create a Slack channel called agent coordination, a custom Slack channel. If you don't use Slack,
just use email and have it email a report of what it's doing to pass the baton off to Claude.
And you can set up a routine so that they sync up once a day, once a week, once a month, whatever
you want. You can also export your full Claude history, download it all, and upload that into Grok.
Those are different ways you can coordinate and have things get synced up. So hopefully that's
helpful to a few people that are listening here today. Sherry's saying it would seem like there
were more of them than ChatGPT Native.
Can you say that a different way, Sherry, just so I make sure and understand exactly what you're
asking?
Appreciate that. Is this considered a warm intro? That's all I've heard over years is that I need a
warm intro. Yeah, if you meet a family office at one of our events, like we have someone who's
raised $7 billion speaking at our events this month at our deal structure masterminds,
our advanced deal structure masterminds. We also have the co-founder and head of a $4 billion
multifamily office. speaking at one of our events. We also have people who have had exits.
We have a second gen single family office speaking. If you're able to shake their hand and say hi,
or just say, Hey, I just saw you speak today. This is what I'm doing in cases of interest. And you
say you're one liner, send them your one minute video. That's definitely a warm intro, right?
Sometimes people ask family offices on stage, how do I meet people like you? And he's like, well,
you just did kind of right. Like I'm right here. So like they attend the events to meet people and
to source things. That is definitely a warm intro and that's what works best. Nobody trusts
anything from anyone unless they see it in person today. That's just the harsh truth. So you have
to meet in person. All right. And they start going a little bit faster on the ideas. I hope at this
point everybody has gotten one thing that they did not know about GrokBot or Claude or how they can
talk to each other or skills or got an idea for a skill. or a super nerd veteran advisor you could
create or something you could do differently with Claude, Claude Design, GrockBot, AI,
or some way of thinking about it. One of my favorite quotes with AI is that the world has never
moved this slow before or has never moved this fast before. It's moving faster than ever and it's
never going to move this slow again. So figuring out how you adjust to things, how your family is
going to be adjusting to things is important. So here at Family Office Club, we like to provide you
with proximity. super intelligence, scaling strategies. We feel like we can get you an ROI of any
type on all three of those areas. You just won massively. If we can get you a solid ROI just off of
any one of those, then you're going to want to be a member for a decade to come and tell 10 people
about it. And then that's good for us and you, right? And so you become more high velocity when you
have proximity, super intelligence, time scaling strategies. That's pretty much our whole model on
how we provide value. And one way that you can be faster and more accurate is using Whisperflow.
I'm not an affiliate. I don't get $3 by you clicking on this link or anything, but I just swear by
this tool. It's Whisper, spelled incorrectly. I put the URL on the slide there,
flow.ai. And the only nerd trick to know is that you want to program a middle button on your mouse
for extended transcription. Holding down three buttons on your keyboard just makes my fingers
instantly cramp, and I would not even use this tool if I had to do the way they default program it.
I don't know why they make that the default, but it takes like one minute to program the middle
button on your mouse. You just click that once. It starts transcribing. You can talk for up to 20
minutes, then click it again. This is critical because with AI, if you just say, like let's imagine
you tell one of your employees, please go buy me a loaf of bread at the store. they're going to
come back with some like cancer bleached bread that you do not want to put in your mouth probably
right so if you tell ai help me do research on this industry It's like it doesn't know what you
really want, right? It's the same thing. So the more context, the more prompt engineering you do
and say, this is what I want. I do not want this. Here's an example of what is most important. This
is what you should ignore. The output should be in the structure. Make sure you keep in mind this
context. Turn on the skill for due diligence or the pitch skill, whatever skill you want it to turn
on. the more prompt engineering you give it the better output you're going to get and you're going
to get the exact type of bread you're looking for or pretty dang close and so make sure you're
using whisper flow i type faster than just about anybody i know but it's only 75 words a minute and
i speak at between 140 and 200 words a minute so i can move twice as fast and then i'll get
arthritis a year later from my fingers typing too much and i get better prompts and ai it's just
better all around
And get Whisper Flow if you haven't already, because you'll thank me later for doing so.
My average words per minute, I guess, is 159 at the point where I created this slide. So I just
encourage you to go get it. We also use Fireflies to record our team calls and have them analyzed.
And then AI can read what happened on past phone calls. So I can say, prepare for my meeting
tomorrow with this centimillionaire. look at everything I committed to do in our last meeting. Is
there anything I haven't done yet? And I should just knock it out real quick before this meeting
starts. What's the agenda for the meeting, et cetera. And they can look up all the past fireflies,
all the past emails, past Slacks with them if you're in Slack together. And now you've got full
context on the client, what the deliverables are, what's needed on that investment deal or that
investor pitch, whatever you're working on, right? Super important. And it's crazy to me that just
a year ago, some of the most exciting things we're talking about here you could not do like these
things did not exist so the rate at which you can learn is faster than ever anything you want to
learn you can say break it down like i'm 10 years old and make it super easy here's a screenshot
where do i click i have no idea what to do right now and i'm totally lost take a screenshot it'll
tell you what to do so this is what we're calling hyper intelligent we used to call it our super
intelligence operating system which is like a name that was a full sentence, so I thought it was
horrible eventually. So we're just calling it hyperintelligent. And essentially, this is the whole
premise of it. If you take one AI tool and you give it to your whole team, it is like telling a
plumber, a carpenter, an electrician, here's a toolbox. Use these five tools in the toolbox.
Good luck. It's like, you know, the person doing your electrical work needs different tools than
somebody doing your flooring, right? And the CEO of a company needs a different AI toolbox and
workbench than your head of legal, than your CFO, than your head of operations,
than your executive assistant, than your sales professionals. They need different tools, right?
And I'll show why almost nobody has this in place. So 88% of companies use AI in some way.
And what's interesting is that most of them... have prompt engineering really dialed in.
The statistics show that only 11% of professionals, business professionals,
use prompt engineering, know what that is, give well-structured prompts. And if you have to type
it all out, it's kind of obnoxious. So that's half the reason why, even if they know what prompt
engineering is, right? And so prompt engineering is important. Only 11% of people do that.
So you're massively ahead if you can use Wesperflow and do prompt engineering. Context engineering
is saying, okay, I can do prompts, but it also needs to know, like, what's going on?
Like, who are you? Who is this client? What do you say via fireflies on those last five phone calls
with the client or on this investment deal, et cetera? Or what deals have you turned down in the
past? And what is your due diligence process? And all that context is context engineering. So it
knows you better. And it's just like telling an employee, go get me a loaf of bread. That's riding
bareback. That's 88% of people use AI in some way. 11% of people detail exactly what type of
bread they want, where to get it, where not to get it, how much to pay, how much not to pay, what
can be on the ingredient list, all of that, and how to get there maybe, and how to present the
bread back to you, toasted with peanut butter on it, right? And so context engineering, 4% of
people have context engineering dialed in, and it's growing greatly. That's why clods exploded the
last nine months, but it's 4% of business professionals have that dialed in. The last step cannot
be provided to you on a silver platter, at least not yet, but it's being done. The final mile,
basically, of role engineering is what less than 1% of business people have.
Role engineering is saying your sales pro needs a custom menu within Claude,
pre-built, pre-trained, with context on how you sell, why people buy from you.
why they invest with you how you do due diligence whatever their role is super dialed in to exactly
who they are and the results can be amazing if you have this dialed in but that's called role
engineering so there's prompt context and role engineering almost nobody has role engineering that
is what hyper intelligent can do for you is it gets the role engineering in place and studies from
harvard business school and bcg show that you can do 25 faster work but also 40 percent better work
less mistakes essentially more effective work right so other studies have shown that you can do you
can produce 14 to 34 percent more output so let's just take a middle number 20 percent if you have
a company with 10 employees and you do role engineering and you have basic prompt engineering
context and role engineering and somehow you only get 20 instead of 34 gains Well,
then your 10-person company can do the work of 12 people. Or when Sally or John leaves and you go
from 10 to nine people, you can keep your staff the same, not rehire someone and use AI.
Or you can double the size of your company and only hire three more people, right? Sometimes you
can get things done like writing in 40% less time. Sometimes it's 95% less time,
as all of you know, right? So we've had cases, we've gone over many of these case studies in past
webinars, so I won't hear today, but we've had many cases where we can point to $25,000 and $40
,000 savings from using hyperintelligent and using role engineering. And my sales pro Xander,
without asking him for feedback, said the first day it went into place, it was like turning on God
mode for sales because it was so effective and so helpful. So to me, this is super exciting.
to harness and design like a custom saddle. So each role in your company has a custom saddle for
how they need to ride the super intelligence force. In general, most companies need six to 12
intelligence centers. But if you have five or 10 employees or more, you need to have the role
engineering in place. If you want to just be as efficient and lean as possible and you have a three
to five person team, you need this. So there's two ways to get it. We have this available within
our membership portal. All of our memberships include access to it. You can download it. There's an
easy button implementation package. You can put it in place, dial it in yourself, and implement it
that way. That is freely available. It's just one of the benefits of being part of Family Office
Club. If all you do is use this and forget about our 50 custom GPTs, I think you'll get an ROI out
of being a member. But for larger companies that do want hands-on help, um i'm working with five
companies at a time to do this we're working with three right now under retainer and what we do is
blend the retainer exposure of our conferences and my network and who i know with the
hyperintelligence implementation so you get roi from multiple sources And that's the second option.
But either way, if you just want to learn more about Hyperintelligent, what it's all about, why
someone would put this in place, even if you're going to put it in place yourself, just go to
hyperintelligent.com. I'll put the link in the chat and you can just see what we're doing and why
you would want to put Hyperintelligent in place for your company. So hopefully that's clear. If
it's not, let me know what was not clear so I can do a better job of being a better communicator
next time around. But I hope that's helpful to many of you in just seeing that your property
manager needs a custom set of tools. Your sales pro needs different tools to be amazing at sales
and augment their intelligence, right? Like one really obvious use case is what investors have you
pitched or what clients have you attempted to sell that showed many buying signals,
said they're probably going to move forward, and then you never followed up one time. While they
were about to buy, And then somehow communication is dropped off. Like, look at my last three
months of emails and fireflies and tell me who is most qualified and is a whale client or showed
strong buying signals and make me a list of 20 people I should call right now today to start my
week. Every person on planet Earth needs that. Who's in sales or raising capital or founders trying
to drive their business forward. So that is how we are adjusting and pivoting our company in the
world of AI. To get this dialed in, what we do is go to each person and we generally know a good
amount about what they're doing. We then ask them questions. What's taking up all your time? What
really moves the needle for your position? What's the bottleneck? What's slowing you down? What
documents do you deal with? What's your dream AI solution that you wish it could do for you?
And we ask it these questions. Am I taking in all that information? Then we put out a version one,
get feedback, make it better, make it better, et cetera. So that's kind of our process for putting
this in place and something I would recommend for you as well. We have an easy button for this.
In one or two places, you might see the old super intelligence operating system nomenclature on
there, but we're calling it hyperintelligent going forward just so there's no confusion there. But
yeah, that's it for hyperintelligent. I'll stop there for a second. I've got a few more things I
want to get through. We'll probably get done about 30 minutes from now, just so everyone knows. But
let me stop and see what questions have come up since the last time I stopped here.
Let's see here. In the Q&A, I see some.
Okay.
We've got $10 million worth of genius. Massive business intelligence. Yeah, no doubt. Anything that
before took lots of time to design, find data on.
mentally solve and think through um you can now speed way up but obviously the nuanced lessons you
have learned you know are probably not within any ai tool so you don't want to outsource your
thinking to it right like i watched the matrix with my three daughters and wife like for the first
time like three weeks ago like obviously i've seen it a dozen times like everyone else but like i
showed it to them and the best line of the movie i think is when the agent smith says yeah the
downfall happened when you humans started outsourcing all your thinking to ai right i thought that
was like a great line it's that movie is pretty amazing now that you look back and it was like back
in that day no one talked about ai really right so um let's see what else we got in questions here
can you do trading and forex stocks with ai i mean i think you can i mean you better have like some
severe limits and not let it take out margin for you and you know put on guardrails like crazy and
not have it connected to everything if you're gonna let it trade with real money of course but i i
see things online of like you know um whatever some of those like results based betting gambling
sites are the kind of like prediction market type stuff um or trading like creating a trading
algorithm within a bot i see that out there i know people are doing it it's just not something that
i personally do um all right is this a system or a program Yeah,
Cheryl, so this is, we run hyperintelligent within Claude. In theory, you could run it in GPT.
You may be able to run it in Gemini if you're nerdy enough to figure that out. I think it might
work better. I know it works very well in Claude, and I think it might work better in GPT than it
would in Gemini. We have not run it in GrokBot yet for a few reasons.
And another way to think about hyperintelligent is a lot of people are saying, great,
our company now has access to AI. Here's your GPT login. Here's your clock login. Don't put
anything too crazy in there and good luck, right? And make sure a human looks at it before you send
something to a client. And like, that's the extent besides having like a ethic safety protocol and
some more clear rules. I'm like simplifying it a little bit. But every company I talk to,
even publicly traded companies are like, here you go. Here's your login. Follow these rules. And
they're not developing the custom workbench for people. So what you're going to see is that Like
Sarah on the team is AI super nerd and she develops her own workbench and she develops her own
skills and she goes super, super deep. Other people use it in a pretty robust way. Some people are
in the middle and they use it in two ways and they forget to use it most of the time. And since
it's not built out for them, they don't really get the point of it. And they're like, I don't need
this stuff. This AI stuff's worthless. It just makes mistakes. It doesn't know me. And then you
have some people that hate AI and they're against using it and they drag their feet and they're
skeptical. And so that's just what happened. So what I found is that... When you make it simple and
you tell an employee, all of your AI work should get done in this intelligence center. That way it
knows what you're supposed to be doing. It knows your job. It knows our company. It offers you
seven ways to help your day go better. If it is worthless, tell us it's worthless and why, and
we'll make it not worthless so that some things that used to be soul-sucking and painful are now
faster and easy or easier. And that is the whole point. So it's basically a Claude Teams
implementation cheat sheet. platform for how to roll out cloud teams in a way that's
hyperproductive, which is why we call it hyperintelligent. So yeah, I hope that's helpful as an
answer. Can you clarify which aspect of this is within the membership portal? Yeah, perfect
question because we are on the screen of what is included. So you just get this easy button. It has
template for how I put together my intelligence centers. for my company, and then you tell it who
you are, what your company is, show it your pitch deck, show it your PPM if you want, tell it your
major divisions, tell it who's on your team. It'll help you brainstorm what intelligence centers
you might want to put into place, and it will help you design those intelligence centers. Any
member who has a headache getting this in place, just let me know. We'll give you some feedback and
give you some guidance. If you're a verified member, you get a direct connection to me on WhatsApp.
And you can send me audio notes and we'll help in a little bit more hands-on way, meaning like put
some extra thought into exactly how I'd do it if I was you and just be a little bit more in-depth
and just make sure you get to the finish line on it. But either way, we'll be helpful to you. You
just get more direct, more intense access as a verified member. And then if you want it done for
you or for your company, then we work directly together on that. And we can only do that with five
people at a time. And to do that, just shoot me an email, richard at familyoffices.com,
and I'll share more details on how that works. But that's what you get with membership and our
support on that.
So meeting in person, you are 16 times more likely to close somebody. That's a stat from Dr.
Robert Cialdini, the godfather of influence and persuasion. And that is for buying anything.
If you're going to choose what house you're going to live in or choose your spouse, it's even more
important to meet in person, obviously, right? And this stat came from before AI existed. nowadays
nobody believes anything unless they see it in person so it's way more than 16x right that's why we
host in-person events this is a picture of an investor summit we hosted we host them in these four
cities almost exclusively LA Dallas New York and Fort Lauderdale that way anywhere you are in the
country you can get to our events without massive pain and suffering and unless you're like me and
you live in the middle of the ocean then everywhere is far but for most people it's convenient and
we start at 10 a.m. so you can get your workout done get emails done play around with your AI
stuff and then come into the event at 10 a.m. with kind of a more of a clear focus. So we host
world-class investor summits. This is what they look like. We are very fast moving. We do 12 in
-person masterminds. We do a little fireside chats like we did with Hubert here, who's head of his
own investor club. We have over 30 investor clubs that speak at our investor club's events because
then they bring some of their investors to our events and you might meet one person and now get
access to their 500 investors. or one multifamily office and get access to a billionaire client of
theirs, plus a couple of decamillionaires they work with, etc. The mastermind's chief goal is to
inject mental models, AI best practices, deal structure strategies, how to grow your business.
You'll meet a few really powerful speakers on stage, maybe a few interesting people in the room,
but it's a 50-person event. It's not a 500-person super summit. uh the point of the investor
summits is you get to learn from 110 speakers on stage over three days make more connections with
investors and peers more networking in person at just our annual super summit there's a thousand
meetings that happen between people that we know about just through the app and so you will learn a
lot here as well but there's also mass connections that get made and we just do those four times a
year so make sure you don't miss our one coming up in december um there are three types of uh ai
tools really you can just go to gpt claude grok and just chat with it or you can get a specialized
tool these are like our dewey instant due diligence advisor clara for capital raising advice or
deal structure ninja tool etc those are specialized tools or you can build your own platform like
hyper intelligent so you want to evolve through that eventually right if you get deep enough into
one you start realizing like there's a famous piece of news that came out this week and i can't
remember what publicly traded company it was it was one that you would recognize the name of but
essentially they found that they could take a cheap older model but by dialing in specialized tools
and basically documenting their process like crazy and leveraging a hyper intelligent like
implementation and creating a super nerd veteran advisor they would get much better results on a
cheap model that costs almost nothing to run, but super dialed in to their process, best practices,
skills, knowledge, context, prompts, et cetera, role engineering. And they got amazing results on
that versus the most expensive fable, whatever model that's out at the time and whatever platform
they were using. So I was just, I've read that like three times. I've seen that article come up. So
I think that's a big trend right now. Eventually, you need to move through these levels if you
really want to ride the super intelligence horse and get full value out of that.
So in our portal, this is what it looks like. You can go through 2,000 videos and search by
Centimillionaires, Fireside Chats, Billionaires, AI, webinars, our miniseries,
discussion panels, real estate content, healthcare, technology. etc all those different things you
can search for we have a bunch of ai tools that we've gone over on all of our other webinars so i'm
not going to go over them today to be honest i'll flip through to show you a couple screens but we
have gone over these extensively and i will put people to sleep and they will leave the webinar if
i start explaining for the 19th time what clara and some of our other tools do um but please see
our other webinars if you're curious we have I'm confident the most dialed in AI tool set for
founders, investors, and capital raisers of anyone in the world. I think there's people that beat
us on a single tool basis because they've put their 3,000 hours of time into building one single
tool. And we've developed 50 tools for this community. But I think the breadth and the depth
combined is unmatched. um by anyone else that we know of and if someone's beating our pants and we
just don't know it definitely let me know and we'll up our game and make sure we do better and add
more value to the community but we're proud of what we built here because it's so effective and
simple and powerful at the same time so clara your investor pitch architect is one of the tools
pitch score has been used a thousand times plus and it scores your pitch 25 ways don't take what it
says as gospel take it as here's a tool that looks at 25 sides of the Rubik's Cube and basically
tells you, have you considered images? Do you realize you don't have a one-liner? I do not see a
video that's one minute long from your founder in here. Why do you not have that? Why does the
cover of your pitch deck say Wilson Capital, which is a very confusing name, and you should also
change, by the way, because we have no idea what you do with that name. You do not have the one
-liner on the front page. Your second page is a disclosure. Your third page is a table of contents.
And half the people have gotten bored and left to look in your pitch deck before they even know
what you do.
There's 25 ways to analyze it. And the most important thing to realize is that you just need to
consider the 25 sides of the Rubik's Cube. It's not taking everything it says as pure gospel. It
doesn't have your brain, right? So just keep that in mind. Billionaire collective intelligence will
transcribe the public talks of over a thousand billionaire talks. And you can bounce your ideas off
the intelligence of billionaires if you want to for the first time in history. VETI is Dewey,
our instant due diligence analyst, but for real estate. It'll stress test real estate and say,
okay, well, under this interest rate, at what point does the NOI go negative? Under this occupancy,
when does it break the NOI? What is our valuation under these five scenarios? And it's built
specifically for real estate due diligence. Hyperintelligent takes 20 of our tools and allows you
to essentially get a vote on what you should probably do with perspectives from all 20 tools,
including what GPT would tell you without any tool applied to it. It can just help you make
decisions faster. And our due diligence tools can help you spot things that seem out of whack.
Like one person came to us and they claimed like an 80% IRR in this real estate development. I was
like, man, that seems high. That seems really high, especially real estate development right now.
And I told him that. And then I was like, huh, maybe I'm wrong. And then I looked and they were at
least wrong to promise that because no fund from Blackstone or BlackRock has ever promised or ever
delivered 80% IRR, I think are the stats that AI told me. And yes, for sure,
I was right to say that looks very, very aggressive. And they probably should have toned it down
and just over delivered if they believed in it. And who knows? I could be wrong. Maybe they went on
and delivered 80%, but I don't think so. And so do we instant due diligence advisor?
can analyze things come up with seven questions to ask analyze risk in dozens of ways it's trained
on 150 white papers on all types of due diligence and you should never use your human brain to
start like looking into something before you've used dewey's brain it's like why would you right
this is like the super nerd veteran advisor on due diligence so if someone can't answer the seven
questions from dewey you just saved your human brain some time right um if they answer them
horribly you just save your human brain some time Right. To take a month with some like half done
replies like, OK, that teaches you something, too. Right. And so the first or second round, I would
for sure use Dewey before you use your human brain because we're all busier than ever. Keep that in
mind. Investor Advantage has all of our investor talks on stage transcribed. This helps you vet
partners called Instant Partner Insights. Those are just a few of our 50 tools. Like you don't not
want me to go through all 50. It'd be exhausting to sit through, but you can go to the artificial
intelligence hub within our member portal, access these tools. If you have any trouble with them,
we're converting a few of them to different setups within MindStudio and Custom GPT to plug in.
So just message me directly in the portal and message Jennifer and we'll get you the link to the
Custom GPT versions. which work fluidly, quickly, and are fully working at this point in time.
And they'll work up through December, and then we'll be converting them to plugins, I guess, is
what GPT is asking us to do. Our cloud skills are within the portals. Look for this cloud symbol,
and you can download our what was 10 skills. Now we have 12 skills in there. Once my team uploads
that and gets that updated, I mean, with our latest two skills on AI whitewashing and SEO AEO
optimization. Deal Structure Ninja is one of our favorite tools, helps you structure deals, and
it's related to our mastermind. So the Advanced Deal Structures Mastermind, we're offering it in
four different cities, 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., with two to three guest speakers in each city. And
the skill to be able to fluidly live in a meeting, restructure a deal,
save a deal, listen to a worry, add a deal structure component that directly lowers that worry can
make a meeting go extremely well versus be a complete failure. Many times an asset's not even for
sale and under the right structure, somebody's open to selling it. It might be way too expensive,
but under the right structure, they're open to working with you. It might be impossible to finance,
but with seller financing and some seller carry, it might totally be doable at a better rate where
it's very, very, very unlikely you get foreclosed on versus a bank, right? So it's life-changing
knowledge to know how to structure deals. You should check out Deal Structure Ninja when you first
become a member. I think you'll find it really helpful.
One of our members in Dallas said this is like a tool from the gods. It's his favorite tool. And he
said that both times he came to our last workshops. Many times the structure of the deal trumps the
strategy. And it trumps the mechanics. Who you do business with matters more than what business you
do with them. But oftentimes the structure is just as important, if not more so, than the strategy.
Oh, this is the AI whitewash slide that somehow got pushed to the back. These are just a few
examples of things that it cuts out out of the 160 giveaways. Most people, unless they use AI all
the time, only know probably the top five or ten, but this really reduces the chance that anyone's
going to think the content was created by AI.
One reason we created our club, and I'll get back to questions, and then we'll finish up this
webinar 15 minutes or less, is that as you are trying to build your wealth,
if your business IQ, your AI IQ, your... financial IQ are all up and they're above your net worth
then you might be able to notice in the middle of a meeting a 70 mile per hour hockey puck flying
by your face and you might be able to move your hand and grab it and grab that business opportunity
in real time grab it without breaking your fingers and toss it in the net and get a win. If your IQ
is below where your net worth is because you just had an exit and you haven't learned what family
offices do you haven't learned how to structure deals you haven't learned how to leverage ai you
haven't learned how decamillionaires sent to millionaires and billionaires protect themselves vet
partners conduct due diligence all of that then your net worth is going to come right back down to
wherever your iq is like the people around you will gladly correct your net worth to wherever your
iq is the world today is almost like a daily idiot iq test and people will say oh yeah it's fifteen
thousand dollars but you know you can get it done for three hundred dollars And that happens to me
all of the time now. And it's becoming more and more like that because sometimes they win the
lottery and someone accepts the 15,000. Sometimes they negotiate in the middle and sometimes they
just don't even care about actually doing it for the fair price, right? So you have to be really
careful on this and you are a target. The wealthier you are, the more of a target you are. And our
industry is under great pressure, right? Banks are lending less money per deal and they're lending
to less deals. When they do lend, the cost is higher because interest rates went up. Two and a half
times as much capital was raised in 23 versus 2025. I think in 26,
it'll be even worse. So not only do you need more, you need to raise more equity than before
because you can get less debt on a deal. When you do get the debt, it's more expensive. And when
you get the equity, they have more leverage because everyone knows it's harder to raise capital
right now. They expect more of a return because they can get a riskless return in their mind for...
4% to 5% treasuries or first position in real estate for 8%,
9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, maybe a point. Cold email reply rates are going down. They were 8.5%.
Last year, they were 1.9%. I bet they'll be under 1% this year. And at some point,
they'll go to 0.5% or 0.1%, right? So what's the answer to all of this? It just means you need
every advantage you can get because the world is a bit more harsh if you're trying to raise capital
and get things done. you need more deal structures you need more face-to-face relationships you
need more trust built you need family office best practices you need to know that every investor on
stage tells us a thousand times that you need the six things on this slide right here and almost
nobody has them and people are members in our club for years they buy plane tickets to fly to our
event book a hotel go out for dinner take investors out to dinner spend money on becoming even
sometimes a VIP member. They become a verified member. We help you put this stuff in place. And we
actually do the video for you. We do the one-liner for you. And we help make sure you have this in
place as a verified member. But we even have verified members that join and struggle to put this in
place sometimes just because they don't prioritize it. But you need this even more in today's
environment because every investor wants you to have these six things. And we always talk about
these, so I'm not going to flog the dead horse here, but it's basically like you need to be
concise, focused, clear, unique, effective in your communication, adding value first.
Those things are more critical than ever. You have to be clear with your own team where you're
going, clear with yourself where you're going, clear to investors about exactly what you do and
what's different and more valuable. And clarity multiplies action. It multiplies your own action
and it multiplies the action of everyone you interact with to get more done. I saw this quote and I
thought it'd be good to end on. Michael Jordan said that work ethic eliminates fear. When you can
look at the man in the mirror and know you didn't cut corners, you spoke the truth, you've done the
preparation, you've lived in integrity with your chosen values and you're unfazed by anything in
the external world because you lived up to your own standard, right? So some of you might be going
through a hard year. A lot of our clients are raising a fourth of the money they wanted to. Their
revenue is down 5, 10, 20, 40%. things are more challenging. But if you are constantly improving
yourself, improving your use of AI, improving your ability to have extreme focus and building that
muscle, then you're on the right track and things are going to come together and things are going
to start growing again at some point for you, most likely, right? That's the only way to operate in
the world. So I'll go and take questions now. We've got to get 10 minutes for questions. We'll get
done at 30 after. But I would encourage you to check out familyoffices.com because you can see our
event schedule there love to meet you in person at our advanced deal structured mastermind coming
up you'll not be disappointed i could be wrong but i think that nobody else i know says if you join
and you come to one mastermind and one investor summit in your first four months we guarantee
you're going to love it if you don't let's give your money back we'll take on all the risk if
you're not sure whether you want to work with us or not then you have multiple options one you
could sit and watch our 3,000 videos on YouTube and see that they're real and see that we really
do have centimillionaires on stage, billionaires on stage, decamillionaires with lots of exits,
that I am real and I'm not some AI figure because some of the videos are so low quality. I don't
even think you can make them look that low quality from 15 years ago on YouTube. So you'll see it's
all real and genuine and authentic there. Go to our YouTube channel, Centimillionaire Strategies,
and you can see that we're real. I think that will remove all doubt. But you can also go to forward
slash virtual. Start your $99 membership. Put your toe in the water. See it's all real. Use the AI
tools. You're going to want to become a full member and come and meet folks in person at our
events. If you want to come to our next event, you go to familyoffices.com forward slash
structures. So I'll put the link in there. And if you want to go to our page to see what is
included with verified membership, we'll do the background check for you and you get stage exposure
and we help do your one minute video for you, etc. You just go to familyhouses.com forward slash
join. And there's a reason why no one else guarantees you love their events because someone might
not love it because they didn't take action. They didn't love it because they thought they'd
magically raise $10 million by coming to one event. Like that's not how the world works at anyone's
events, right? And it's all about meeting in person, getting smarter in five different ways at
once, building your own mental models, figuring out how to leverage AI, being in close proximity.
using super intelligence, figuring out how to scale. That is how to go from being a founder to a
super founder. And if you build those skills and you know how to work with investors, understand
family offices, your value to other people on planet Earth is going to go up a lot,
right? And so I've seen that and I think it's going to be true for you as well. So I hope you'll
get involved with our club a bit more. I'm going to take questions now, if you have any, before we
sign off for today.
Yeah, Cheryl, if you want to send an email to us to jennifer at familyoffices.com,
we do work with a few affiliates and should be happy to share with you our affiliate program if you
have referrals for us. Dorothy, yeah, thanks for being here. I hope that for those of you who have
been to many of our webinars, see a few familiar names here, I hope you found this one. unique from
the others. Probably there was only seven minutes of me rambling about the custom GPT programs you
already knew about that was repetitive. Hopefully the rest was unique.
Douglas is saying our workshop a year ago inspired us to completely rethink our entire business
model. We've since built a working AI platform. We're beginning to roll out to our industry in real
estate. now looking for strategic partners like private credit groups to lock arms with. That's
awesome, Doug. That's amazing. If you want to send me anything on that, I might know, like I know
someone's had a couple exits in credit, you know, a single family office in the credit space. I
know an $800 million platform in the credit space. We know a billion dollar group in the credit
space is coming to our super summit. So feel free to shoot me a note on that, Doug, and happy just
to keep you in mind and passing if I can.
Let me see what other questions came up here. It looks like no more in the chat. Let me look in the
Q&A box.
We'll wrap things up real quick.
All right. It doesn't look like any big, big, super critical questions. So if you need anything
from me, I'll just put my email there as one last message in the chat. Hope everyone got something
out of today. The deal structure mastermind will be amazing. Hope we'll see some of you there in
two weeks. Make sure you RSVP for that because we are limited to 50 people per event. One of the
four events is at 43 people already. The rest are in the 30s as of today. And then our family
office super summit is in December, the 15th to the 17th in Fort Lauderdale at a beachfront hotel.
If you have children who are minors, they're going to learn more there than they would in school.
So bring your children, if they're still a minor, and it could open up their eyes to a whole new
industry or career path or opportunities for them. And if, yeah,
if you can do that, it'll probably make the event more enjoyable for yourself. I'm going to be
bringing my 12-year-old with me, I think, for that one. And the kids have to be 17 years or
younger to be able to bring them at no cost. But if you have any questions on any of that, just let
us know. And hope everyone has a great rest of their week. Thanks for all of your attention and
time here today. And thank you for being part of the Family Office Club community.
